MAYDAY A+E PETITION

It is mooted that Mayday might not retain its Accident & Emergency Unit under the South West London Strategic Health Authority reforms currently being compiled.

It is far from clear what the outcome of the reforms will be, but I think we should make the case now for maintaining the A+E at Mayday as well as its status as a centre for acute care.

Croydon people must have the peace of mind which comes from knowing that there is a top class Accident & Emergency unit close by at a hospital with a high level of expertise across the services.
